Husband by first marriage of the late Katherine Jones Smith; husband by second marriage of the late Jacqueline Brown Smith; father of Terrol Smith, Byron Smith and Ronaldo Bartholomew; son of the late Henry and Dorothy Smith Sr.; devoted friend of Diane Conerly; father-like figure to Michael Conerly, Brandon Conerly, Calvinisha Conerly, Dionne Conerly; brother of Calvin Smith, Sterling Smith, Bobby Smith, Dorothy Ackers, Donna Smith, Patricia Thomas, the late Lionel Smith, Joe Smith, Marion Joseph, Yvonne Smith and Jean Davis; Godfather of Marion, Aaron, Javon, George Spears, Dejah Conerly and Bryon Perry; also survived by nineteen grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren, a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
