Herman Keith Arthur

ARTHUR Herman Keith Arthur, A.K.A. Art, 86, of New Orleans passed away on January 15, 2014 peacefully in his sleep. Herman was born on November 21, 1927, in Winchester, Indiana, son of the late Pearl and Ralph Arthur. He had 3 siblings, Thelma, Robert and Carlton. He served 13 years in the United States Navy. He was retired from Chevron USA where he worked in the maintenance department. He enjoyed sitting on his porch, watching TV especially Saints football games, playing cards, the horse races, Harrah's casino and most of all the company and visits from his friends and daughter. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Sharon and Joseph Pacella of Forked River, NJ and many close friends.
