Gary-
Please express my sympathy to the other members of your family. I am sorry that I cannot attend the services. Your mom was a very nice person, and very supportive when I taught you 32 years ago. (how time flies!)

Since speaking with Bryan and learning of Mama Hybebah's illness, she has been a mainstay in my prayers. Now, she will bless us as we continue to live the life she lived, a life of unselfishness, peace and love.

My mom Alva Barjon Washington was one of Beeba's closest friends and unfortunately I never had the pleasure to meet her. In fact, my mom stood in her wedding. However, I am glad that she brightened my mom's life with her friendship.

To Mrs. Hithe's family: She was truly a sweet person. She was the best secretary W.J. Guste Elementary School ever had. She was always there for the staff and for the students. She was like a lifesaver for the parents. I was the parent liason worker for Title I program, she got that job for me. She will really be missed. Family, remember Earth has no sorrows that Heaven cannot heal.

Joey and I loved "Auntie Bebah" and we will truly miss her. I am so grateful we were able to spend quality time with her, as well as with Candace, Christy, Butch and Pam in Hoover, Alabama after Katrina. She was a lovely person with a great heart.
