KILLEEN James Patrick Killeen, a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Downers Grove, Illinois, passed away on October 19, 2011. Husband of Gloria Ann Anselmo Killeen. Father of Timothy Patrick Killeen, married to Anita, Jamie Patricia Killeen, Dennis Michael Killeen, married to Suzanne, and Daniel Christopher Killeen, married to Marie Jane. Grandfather of Sean Patrick Killeen, Aleck Francis Scanlan, Andrew Michael Killeen, Nicholas James Killeen, married to Kelly, Keri Lynn Killeen, and Krissie Krystle Zambrano. Great-grandfather of Tara Lynn Killeen and Tristan James Killeen. Son of the late Thomas William Killeen, Sr. and the late Elizabeth Happich Killeen. Survived by sister Catherine K. Haun. Preceded in death by siblings: Thomas W. Killeen, Jr., Henry L. Killeen, Francis J. Killeen, Mary K. Martini, Elizabeth K. Rossi, Joseph F. Killeen, Rose K. Lewis, Theresa K. Pauli, and Clare Rita K. Hendricsen. Graduate of Redemptorist High School and veteran of the U.S. Air Force; employed in purchasing for 18 years for the Times-Picayune and many years in accounting in the air freight industry; parishioner of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Lisle, Illinois. Friends are invited to visitation and rosary on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. at St. Leo the Great-St. Raymond Catholic Church. Funeral Mass at 11:00 a.m., followed by burial at St. Louis Cemetery No. 3.
