James Roberton Obituary

James Restin Roberton, of Belle Chasse, passed away September 16, 2014. Loving and beloved husband of Shirley Simmons Roberton. Father to our son James Restin Roberton, Jr. Son of the late James Roberton and Restine Heath Roberton. Brother of late Virginia Roberton Derbes and her husband Bob. Uncle to their children - Donna, Bob, Anne, and Jim. He was proud to serve his country, in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War. No service will be held, at his request. Please no flowers or plants. Donations to Fourth Church of Christ, Scientist, 134 Polk Ave., New Orleans LA 70124, or The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society (www.lls.org) or a charity of your choice would be appreciated. He was a man of honor, truly respected by everyone, and we are proud to be his family. Mothe Funeral Home handling arrangements.
