Jean Marchetta Morrison

1957 - 2022

Jean Marchetta Morrison passed away Sunday, June 5, 2022 at the age of 64. She was born on June 8, 1957. She spent most of her life being a devoted daughter, sister, mother and grandmother. She enjoyed spending time with her family and crafting. Mostly she enjoyed taking care of others. She was retired from Winn Dixie where she work for 15 years as a cashier. She is the daughter of the late Louis Sr. and Florence Marchetta. She leaves behind to be cherished by her daughters Candy Derenbecker (Mark), Brandy Mills, Ashley Morrison (Scott) ; six grandchildren Kaylee Boaz, Maghan Wilson, Brandon Sylve, Angie Mills, John Mills Jr. and Skylar Bayhi ; one great granddaughter expected to be here in September. She was sister to Joyce Vaught (Skip), Michael Marchetta (Cathy) and the Late Louis Marchetta Jr. and Amelia Roper. A celebration of life will be held on Thursday June 23, 2022 at New Orleans Ladies Ballroom, 1771 Stumpf Blvd, Terrytown Louisiana from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.. A prayer service will be held at 5:30 p.m.
