Jeffery Johnson

1956 - 2021

Jeffery "Bo" Johnson was born February 17, 1956 in New Orleans, Louisiana. He was the beloved son of John Johnson and Lillie Mae Johnson. Jeffery departed this life on Sunday, December 26th 2021 at the age of 65. Jeffery was baptized at an early age at Greater Mount Pilgrim Baptist Church by Rev. Chetham. He was educated in the Orleans Parish School System and was a former employee of the Guste Homes for many years. He was a people person and was loved by everyone. Jeffery was survived by his son Jeffery Thomas Sr. and daughter Gail Walton, his grandchildren Jeffery Thomas Jr., Alvin Walton, Jerrico Walton and Clarenisha Walton, his sisters Lillie Love, Olivette Jackson and Iris Johnson, brothers Henry and Delonius Johnson, devoted love Sonia Marshall, sisters in law Grace Thomas and Shelia Johnson and a host of nieces, nephews and other relatives and friends. Jeffery was preceded in death by parents, Lillie Mae Johnson and John Johnson, brothers; Abraham Thomas, Curtis Johnson and Antonio Johnson, grandparents Olivia Mackey and James Mackey, niece Chronda Love, and nephews Curtis County and Terrence Shanklin. Relatives and friends are invited to attend the funeral service on Friday, January 7, 2022 at Littlejohn Funeral Home, 2163 Aubry Street, beginning 10 am. Rev. Willie Gable, officiating.
