Jeffrey Melford

Jeffrey Melford, the love of my life, my amazing husband won his battle with cancer surrounded with peace and the love of his family. He went to heaven Sunday, January 3, 2016. Beloved husband of Tina Sanchez Melford. Father of Malory Melford Sylvester (Michael). Son of Winnie Plaisance Melford Breaux and the late Daniel Melford Sr., Brother of Daniel Melford Jr., (Debbie), Harry Melford (Pam), Sherrie Melford Martinez (Edwin), Blaine Melford, Elaine Melford, Paula Melford and Pamela Melford. Grandfather of Holden Sylvester. Also loved and missed by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews, step-grandchildren, and step-great grandchildren. He was 58 years old and a lifelong resident of Westwego, LA. Relatives and friends of the family, also members of God's House, and employees of JPSO and Superior Honda are invited to attend the Memorial Service in the chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco, LA., Marrero, LA on Friday, January 8, 2016 at 3pm. A Memorial Visitation will be held on Friday from 12noon until 3pm. Interment will be privately held at a later date.
