This week I am remembering Jeremy Triche.
He was a fine baseball player and a very fine person who gave his life to protect others. He chose to be a police officer and was killed in the line of duty. He was a fine and loyal friend to my son Andy Bettis and I hope that his parents know that he was admired and loved by my son Andy Bettis.
We loved him.
He will never be forgotten.

Please know that Jeremy and Brandon are the real Super Heros of this world. Only truly remarkable people can be protectors, fighters and peacemaker's at the same time. These Police Officers stood strong in the face of evil to protect their communitiy. There are no bad guys where they are going now. May God's grace and love be with you.
