Helen & Henry Feste

Helen and I are sadened by the passing of our dear friend and past neighbor Jerri. She certainly will be missed. She and Dick were our next door neighbors in New Orleans for many years. As neighbors, we became close friends and enjoyed one anothers company.Helen and Jerri were very close and they kept in touch after our move 3 years ago to Houston. We were fortunate enough to have enjoyed lunch with Jerri and Dick about a year ago when they were visiting Houston. Fond memories remain of this visit and of the pictures taken of us all together. Jerri was a beautiful women, so full of life, and love of family and friends. Helen and I are fortunate to have known her and been her friend.
God bless you Jerri!!! We love you and will miss you.

I did not have the pleasure of meeting Ms. Jerri. However I did know her husband because he worked very closely with my boss here at LSU. I just want to say to the family that I am thinking of you at this time and I pray God's will give you the strength you need to endure. Thinking of you, April Hawkins

Jerri was one of the most interesting, fun, upbeat, and beautiful women I've ever met -- and we are all richer for having known her. I wish we could have laughed more often in these past few years but the memories bloom even brighter for it. There is a hole in our hearts, as well -- though it will never match yours. Our thoughts are with you all.

Words cannot express my sorrow for the loss of my cousin Jerri. She was a delight and a breath of fresh air and so generous with her time and smiles. The world is a sadder place now but heaven benefits from her presence. I regret that I only made one visit to New Orleans to see her. She was a gracious hostess during the time of the wedding when all the Yankee cousins descended on the south.God will have welcomed her home and given her a place close by him with her own special angels to assist and comfort her. God bless you. Love and prayers, Pamela Enge
