Jerry Michael Walker

Mr. Jerry Michael Walker entered into eternal rest on Saturday, May 27, 2017 at the age of 64. Mr. Walker was self-employed and the proud CEO of Walker's Appraisals Service. He was an honest and upright man who gave his life to Christ in 2006. He was a faithful member of True Love Full Gospel Ministries. He was quiet spirit until he got to know you and then he would talk endlessly with you. Mr. Walker leaves to cherish precious memories, his wife of 45 years, Audrey M. Walker, to whom he was a devoted husband. Loving and caring father to his son Michael Walker and daughters, Joy and Sherri Walker. He was affectionately known as "Paw Paw" by his grandchildren, Kristian Williams, Kendal Phillips, Eric Phillips Walker, Jamal T. Walker and Sheryl Lynn Calloway. Also survived by his mother Pauline Walker; three sisters, Barbara Robbins, Janet Walker and Trudy (Dennis) Butler and a host of other relatives and friends. Mr. Walker was preceded in death by his father, Moses Walker. A Celebration of Life Service will be held at Light City Church (Chief Apostle Leonard Lucas Jr.), 6117 St. Claude Avenue on Thursday, June 1, 2017, at 11 AM, Pastor Thomas Cole, Officiating.
