Jewell Way Jones

JONES Jewell Way Jones died Monday, September 21, 2009 at Ochsner Medical Center. She was 98 years old. The daughter of the late Julia Deitch Way and Arthur L. Way, she was preceded in death by her husband of more than 60 years, Ralph Otis Jones, two brothers, Wellington L Way and Arthur L Way, Jr. and one sister Emily Way Boyette. Mrs. Jones is survived by numerous nieces and nephews. She was a loving Aunt and friend and will be sorely missed. A Memorial Service will be held at 11:00 a.m., Wednesday, September 30, at Metairie Baptist Church, 401 Codifer Blvd. in Metairie, with visitation at 10:00 a.m. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations to Metairie Baptist Church, 401 Codifer Blvd., Metairie, LA 70005.
