Lt. Col. John L. Krebs, Ret. USAF on Sunday, July 11, 2004 at 5:40 P.M. Beloved husband of Florence Eviston Krebs. Father of Sandra Krebs Young and Joseph Michael Krebs. Son of the late John Paul Krebs and Isabel Machinot Krebs. Brother of Nicholas and Walter Krebs, Bessie Baron, Jane Simon, Rose Schertler and the late Isabel Rottman. Grandfather of Melissa Young Duhon, Amy Young Maniscalco, Dr. Pamela Young Smallpage, Pvt. Dannon Krebs, Megan and Ashley Krebs. Great Grandfather of Eviston Duhon, Jackson and Elizabeth Maniscalco. Aged 86 years. A native of Bellevue, KY and a resident of Metairie for the past nine months. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Dominic, 775 Harrison Avenue on Thursday, July 15, 2004 at 11:00 A.M. Interment Greenwood Cemetery. Friends may visit after 10:00 A.M. at the Church. In lieu of flowers, masses or donations to Alzheimers Association Louisiana Chapter, 1040 Calhoun Street, New Orleans, LA 70118 preferred. Arrangements by JACOB SCHOEN & SON, 3827 Canal Street.
