I am so sorry to hear of your loss. Please know that you are all in my thoughts and prayers during this difficult time. I remember when Jocelyn was in Second grade at HTCS. I would often see Mr. Powers in the carline, and his eyes always lit up when his girl came to the car. He seemed like a good guy and a great dad.

John's friends and family:
I have loaded a few pictures of John- see the photo album.
I would love to see more- please share with us! If you want to send them to me to load into the photo album on this site, please send them to me at [email protected]

If you have some that perhaps should not be shared... I'd love to see those, too, so send 'em on to me, just let me know if you don't want it downloaded for all to see...

Also: if anyone would like a CD of some of John's favorite songs, played at his services, please email me and I'll send one right out to you.

Many thanks, and
Love to you all,
Martha,

John-

It's been many years since I had seen you but one thing I do remember is how nice you were to my sister and I. I think we drove you nuts with that video camera when we were little. What a tragic loss for your family.

Mary K-

Take care of yourself. I'm thinking about you. If you need anything, you know where I am. Luv From Your Cuz!

John, you are one of the nicest and most selfless people I have ever known. You were there for me when there was no one I could talk to. One of my favorite memories will always be having you capture my wedding day. There was no one I could have imagined having there. Thank you for your encouraging smile and wonderful presence. We will always love you.

My thoughts and prayers are with you. I knew John from Wolf Camera. I worked at the University Village store when he was a Store Manager at another store. I always loved to see the attention he gave to his girls. I will always remember our kidding that we would do with each other when ever I would call his store or he would call me.
