Memorial Visitation for Joseph C. Pierce, Jr., age 76, of Picayune, MS who passed away Tuesday, March 15, 2022 will be held, Saturday, March 19, 2022, from 1:00 PM until 3:00 PM at McDonald Funeral Home. Arrangements are under the direction of McDonald Funeral Home. A native of New Orleans, LA, he later moved to St. Bernard Parish where he lived until Hurricane Katrina, and then moved to Picayune, MS. He was a Salesman and a member of St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church. He was preceded in death by his parents, Joseph C. Pierce, Sr. and Mae Laborde Pierce; his son, Arthur Pierce; his granddaughters, Tiffany Pierce, Tabitha Pierce and Alexis Pierce. Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Helma Ness Pierce; his daughter, Denise (Irwin) Steudlein; his son, Todd (Melissa) Pierce; his 5 grandchildren, Joshel Steudiein, Trae Steudiein, Adam Steudiein, Gage Pierce, and Haylee Pierce Verret; his 3 great grandchildren, Baileigh Carroll, Paisley Carroll, and Denton Carroll; his sister, Darlene (Jerry) Carlisle; and several nieces and nephews.
