Jules Peter Roussel

Jules Peter Roussel, a retired postal clerk, died Wednesday, November 26, 2003 of heart failure at Memorial Medical Center. He was 89. Mr. Roussel was a lifelong resident of New Orleans and a member of Our Lady Star of the Sea Catholic Church. He servved in the United States Army during World War II. Beloved husband of the late Alma Doyle Roussel. Survivors include his two daughters, Monje R. Piron and Ann Nell R. Miller; two granddaughters, Monje and Jenais; two sons-in-law, Mark Piron and Joseph Miller and a host of nieces and nephews. Relatives and friends are invited to attend a Funeral Mass at Our Lady Star of the Sea, 1835 St. Roch Ave., New Orleans, on Wednesday, December 3, 2003 at 1:30 p.m. Interment will follow in All Saints Mausoleum.
