June Albrecht Relle

June Albrecht Relle passed away peacefully at home on Friday June 17th 2022 at the age of 81. Beloved wife of the late Joseph Nunzio Relle Sr. for over 51 years. Devoted mother of Ann Ghaith Farrell (Walter III), Lisa Relle Williams (Daniel) and Joseph Nunzio Relle Jr. (Angelle). Mother-in-law of the late Khalil Ghaith. Loving grandmother of Lacey Bevier (Danielle), Ashley Ghaith, Amber Ghaith and Kirby Sellers (Hunter). Great grandmother of Rayne Melancon and Novaleigh Cardwell. Daughter of the late Emelda Hartman Albrecht and Marcus M. Albrecht Sr. Sister of Shirley Douroux, Emily Richards, Anthony Albrecht and the late Marcus M Albrecht Jr., Michael Albrecht, Mary Weidenbacher, Joy Waite, Johnny, Audrey, Alvin, and Peter Albrecht. Sister-in-law and dear friend of Alma Peterson Albrecht. June was a native of New Orleans and a long time resident of Kenner Louisiana. She devoted her life and love to her husband, family and friends. She especially enjoyed preparing large family meals with Joe and breakfast at Franny's. She was an active donor to St. Jude Hospital. The family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dionysia for her loving care and compassion. Friends and family are invited to attend the service on Saturday, June 25, 2022 at Garden of Memories Funeral Home, 4900 Airline Drive Metairie, La. 70001. Visitation will start at 10:00 AM with a service at 12:00 PM, Interment will follow immediately after at Garden of Memories Cemetery.
