Kathy Ann Drago

Kathy Ann Drago, of Slidell, Louisiana, passed away on February 5, 2022, peacefully at home surrounded by the love of her family, at the age of 76. She is a native of New Orleans, Louisiana, born on April 20, 1945 to the late Leon A. Ragas and Anna Marsiglia Long. Kathy is the beloved wife of 60 years to Tony Drago; cherished mother of Gina Rapp (Billy), Dana Drago (Lyle), and Mark Drago (Tiffani); loving and cherished grandmother of Robbie Kilgore, Will Rapp (Stephanie), Nicholas Kilgore, and Emily Rapp; loving and devoted great-grandmother of Carson Kilgore and Liam Rapp (expected 2022), Bailie (Blaine), Brinklee (Ryan), Brayden, Brody, Blake, and Briella; sister-in-law of Sam Drago; and caring sister of the late Betty Hayes, Nettie Coslan, Billy Ragas, and Vicki Kreamer. Kathy was employed at C & G Pharmacy as a pharmaceutical technician for 30 years. She enjoyed cooking, baking, and gardening, but treasured nothing more than the time spent with family, especially storytelling with her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Kathy will fondly be remembered as a genuine, giving, and loving person with a heart of gold. She will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her.
