It was a blessing to take care of Mr. Russell at the hospital. First off, he said did you read my chart? I replied, Yes Sir, I reviewed it. His response was I’m at peace and I just want to make it back home so my family and friends can be with me until the time comes. Then the next question, as most of my patients ask, I detect a bayou accent , where are you from? Yep, I’m a down the bayou gal !
I sense in my spirit, he was a fun, loving guy to be around and I ask the Lord to give all his family and friends comfort and peace unto you meet again ❤

We always had a great time with the boys. They were our cousins but so much fun. We would stay over their house and my sister and I would make Keith and Kevin play house and be our husbands!. As young boys they werent to crazy about that but always good sports about it. Aunt Yvonne would take us to City Park to play. As we grew their humor was so much fun to be around. Keith had such a great laugh and if Kevin and Kirk were there you were laughing.He had a caring loving giving and just wonderful personality. Our family truly wont be the same without him. To his family please know you are in our hearts always.

I fondly remember the times we had as members of Yogi's bears and I'm sure Coach Rob will be waiting with open arms. God Bless Kirk and Kevin and the whole Russell family. Patriots for life.
