L. Michelle Jordy

JORDY Ms. L. Michelle Jordy, age 54 of Powder Springs, GA, died Friday, March 7th, 2008. Michelle was born in Barbados, BWI in 1953, lived in Madrid, Spain but called New Orleans, La. home. She worked at Tulane Medical Center for over ten years in New Orleans and 14 years at Emory Clinic, with the Plastic Surgery Department. She lived in Powder Springs, GA for her final years. She is survived by her sister, Corinne Jordy, her brothers, Pierre and Mike, her nieces Rebecca and Angela Jordy, and nephew Pierre Jordy Jr. and her dear companions Dante and Matu. Funeral Services will be held at St. John Vianney, Austell, Ga., Thursday, March 13, 2008 at 11:00am. The family will receive visitors at the church from 10:00am to service time. Inurnment at Paulding Memorial Gardens Cemetery. The family thanks the caring staffs at Winship Cancer Center and Hospital at Crawford Long/Emory Facilities.
