God saw you getting tired and a cure was not to be. So He put His arms around you and whispered "Come to Me." With tearful eyes we watched you, and saw you pass away. Although we loved you dearly, we could not make you stay. A golden heart stopped beating, hardworking hands at rest. God broke our hearts to prove to us, He only takes the best.
Larry will forever be in our memories and will surely be missed. Miss Annette be strong for you will join your husband in paradise.

I had the great fortune to have met LARRY J. FRANKLIN for the first time, in the mid 70's, through my brother Claude. As a blind person, I was in awe, as well as inspired by him. So I want to thank the Lord for bringing forth such a truly wonderful person.

To Pastor Franklin and family; Larry was one of a kind. He was a great mind and possessed a willingness to share it with everyone. Although, you will bury his body. No coffin can contain his spirit. No grave can crush his dreams or his legacy. No drapery can remove his God given smile from our mind's eye. You will bury his body. But no cemetery can stop the great work he began. His works do follow him. No amount of tears can wash away the path he left behind. Larry,"we love you brother and I pray that God would give us a portion of your spirit. Rest in peace and enjoy the glorious view of our Savior".

Larry was a very good friend of mine. Throughout High School and beyond we kept in touch with each other, if not in person during American Legion meetings or other person to person meetings, sometimes by phone or e-mails.
Annett, Marie and I are praying for you and the family, and with you. God bless all.
