Leatrice 'Noonie' Rodrigue Tardo Lobell passed away on Thursday, April 29, 2021. She was 92. Mrs. Lobell was a native of St. Rose and a resident of Covington. She was a caretaker and hostess for L. A. Muhleisen & Son Funeral Home for over 40 years. Beloved wife of the late Leslie E. Tardo, Sr. by first marriage and the late Julius Richard Lobell, Sr. by second marriage. Mother of Carey 'Mike' Tardo, David Tardo (Cindy), Kenny A. Tardo (Tina), Steven T. Tardo (Toni), Carol T. Nunez (Terry) and the late Leslie E. Tardo, Jr. Stepmother of Karen L. Torres and Julius R. 'Ricky' Lobell, Jr. (Pam). Grandmother of Carey M. Tardo, Jr. (Sara), Kristy T. Coco, Brian D. Tardo (Amanda), Aimee T. Braud (Joshua), Jennifer T. Merritt (Ed), Matthew A. Bischoff (Lori), Steven T. Tardo, Jr., Katie T. Haslauer (Kevin), Christopher M. Tardo, Mallory B. White (Alex), Alexander C. Tardo, Katie L. Nunez, Lori C. Lewko (Erick), Melissa L. Boudreaux (the late Neil), Shelley L. Matherne (Donovan) and Julie L. Ortego (Ben). Daughter of the late Felicie Josephine Leger Rodrigue and Albert R. Rodrigue. Sister of Lowell 'Bubby' Rodrigue and the late Leona 'Sis' Rodrigue Lobell. Aunt of Jody R. Breaud (Tommy) and Mona R. Porter. Also survived by 21 great-grandchildren.
