Lettie Lee Henderson Tamor

Lettie Lee Henderson Tamor passed away on March 20, 2022, at the age of 85. She is preceded in death by her parents; Velder D. Henderson and Hazel Nunez Henderson, her loving husband, Sebastian R. "Bappy" Tamor, her in-laws; Louise Blocker, Elise Samrow, Richard Tamor, Jospehine "Billie" Haynes, Theresa "Tessie" Stanley, Walter Tamor, Raymond Tamor and Inez Serpas. Lettie is survived by her in-laws, Lucille "Minnie" Guerra and Donald "Ronnie" Tamor (Linda). Lettie leaves behind many, many cousins, friends, extended family and co-workers alike. Most especially she is survived by her three special Godchildren; Lynn Alphonso Reichart, Jan Tamor Robin and Reed Umbehyagen as well as her cousins; Melanie Burns, Kim Tromatore, Phyllis Diecidue, Janet Tamor, Aline Woessner, Rodeny Couture and Sherry Alphonso as well as her special "text group" friends Paulette and Suzanne. There are many others, too many to list- you know who you are. Lettie loved life to the fullest and jumped at every chance to party, there wasn't a celebration she didn't embrace. Lettie had a long career with Department of Motor Vehicles prior to driving 20 years during her, what should have been her retirement years, for enterprise Car Rental Co. Family and friends are invited to attend Memorial Mass at St. Bernard Catholic Church on Friday, April 8, 2022, with a visitation starting from 10am, and a mass starting at 11am.
