Lionel Palmer Sr. entered into eternal rest on Friday, October 5, 2018. Husband of Juanita Smith Palmer; Father of Anquanita, Lionel Jr. (Maria), Ryan, Bryan (April), Kenneth, Corey, Wardell, Keith and Kevin Palmer; Son of Clifton Palmer and the late Angela Johnson Palmer; Brother of Michael, Yael, Monica, and Gwenda Palmer and Denise Robertson. Also survived by 22 grandchildren, a host of other relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family, also pastors, officers and members of Sixth Baptist Church, Resurrection Church and all neighboring churches; employees of University Hospital, Footlocker, Tavern on The Avenue, Meril's and Legacy Restaurants, McMain High School, Artistic Flooring and Merchant Mariner are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Saturday, October 20, 2018 beginning 10:00 a.m. at Israelite Baptist Church, 2100 Martin Luther King Blvd., Rev.
