Lloyd J. Navarro, Jr., peacefully entered into eternal rest surrounded by family on Wednesday, February 2, 2022, age 57. Lloyd was a beloved brother, brother-in-law, uncle, cousin, friend and co-worker. He is preceded in death by his dearest parents, Lloyd, Sr. and Theresa Navarro, grandparents Edna Sapia Cadiere, Marcario "Mike" Navarro and Harvina "Sis" Gaspar Randazzo. He is the devoted brother of Kim Loga (Steve). Uncle to Alec, Alaina and Aidan. Survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. He will be greatly missed by all who knew him. An avid golfer, Saints and Chicago Cubs fan, Lloyd was employed by Boomtown Casino for almost 24 years as a loyal security officer of Post 5. A lifelong resident of Marrero, Louisiana. Relatives, friends, and co-workers are invited to attend the Funeral Mass at the Chapel of Mothe Funeral Home, 7040 Lapalco Boulevard, Marrero, LA on Saturday, February 12, 2022, at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be held from 9:00 AM until funeral time. Please wear your New Orleans Saints gear. Interment will follow at Westlawn Memorial Park in Gretna, LA.
