Dear Loretta;
I just heard the very sad news about your Dear Lowell. I am so grateful to have visited with Lowell and yourself and the whole family many years back. What a guy he was. Probably one of the kindest men I have ever known.
My thoughts and prayers are with you and the family.
Love, Glenda and Jon Anderson

Mr. Lowell was always a sweet gentle friend from New Vision Church. I remember he would greet me with a cute smile and a puckered up kiss on the cheek. You are greatly missed and I will see you in heaven. Nelson and I will help keep an eye on Loretta.

I WORKED WITH LOWELL IN NEW ORLEANS FOR ABOUT 15 YEARS AND IT WAS ALWAYS A PLEASURE TO BE IN HIS COMPANY. HE WAS AS RELIABLE AS THE SUNRISE AND I NEVER HEARD HIM COMPLAIN, NOT EVEN ABOUT THE WEATHER.. I NEVER HEARD HIM SPEAK ILL OF ANYONE. ACTUALLY, I SELDOM HEARD HIM SPEAK. LIKE MOST FRUGAL GERMAN FARMERS, LOWELL WASTED NOTHING, INCLUDING WORDS. ANOTHER ONE OF THE "GOOD GUYS" IS GONE. RIP "HOOK",

LOWELL TAUGHT ME THE MEANING OF HARD WORK. WHATEVER HE DID,HE DID IT TO PERFECTION. HE WAS A GENUINELY NICE GUY, AND HE WILL BE MISSED BY ALL WHO KNEW OR LOVED HIM,ESPECIALLY LORETTA. WE WILL MEET AGAIN. UNTIL WE DO REST IN PEACE MY FRIEND.
