Madeline Williams Obituary

Madeline Williams passed away peacefully on September 8, 2017 at the age of 67. Madeline was born in Lafayette, LA and moved to New Orleans, LA at the age of 17. Madeline worked at St. Alphonsus Elementary school as a teacher's aide, for many years, but had a passion for cooking. Madeline is survived by her 4 children, Terry Shields (Darren), Andrew Williams (Tamara), Julie Williams (Leroy), and Stacy Pradier. 4 siblings Rebecca Syra, Rosalind, Larry (Sabrina), and Renee Francis, 14 grandchildren, and 3 great grandchildren. She is also survived by a host of other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her mother Rosalie Francis, father Donald Marks, sister Linda Syra and brother Michael Marks. Family and friends are invited to attend the Funeral Service Homecoming Celebration on Saturday, September 23, 2017 for 1:30 p.m. at The Boyd Family Funeral Home, 5001 Chef Menteur Hwy. NOLA.
