My condolences to Malcolm's family and friends. Malcolm and I graduated from Booker T. Washington, class of 1973. He and I were friendly rivals. We often found ourselves competing for the same position. I am attaching part of a photo from our 1973 Homecoming court. One time we were together. Malcolm is on the left and I am on the right. May he rest in peace.

On behalf of my family and me, I offer my deepest condolences to the Williams family. I´ve known Malcolm ever since he joined the NOPD in 1975. Upon graduating from the police academy, he was assigned to the Urban Squad, a unit in which his brother, William B. "Wam" Williams and I were members.
I got to know Malcolm through occasionally training him and hanging out with his brother. He was a quick learner and easy to get along with. He was fearless and did not shy away from any challenge.
Malcolm was a good friend and I´m saddened by his passing. It was a pleasure and honor knowing him. He will be missed.
Rest in peace my brother,
Mitchell S J and Linda Dusset

I was so sorry to hear about the passing of Malcolm. I remember him from way back, he was always a nice person. His sister Kimwong and I were very close fiends and I was always at there house as a child. May the Glory of God's grace give peace to his family.
