Marilyn Eustis Obituary

Marilyn S. Eustis died at home on Saturday, July 2, 2005 at the age of 83. She is survived by her loving husband of 62 years, Ross; her 5 children, Donnelly Rembert of Jacksonville, Florida, James Eustis, Jr. of Bronxville, New York, Kathy Leighton of Sewickley, Pennsylvania, Conrad Eustis of Portland, Oregon and Brian Eustis of Sandy Springs, Georgia; and 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren on whom she doted. Marilyn was raised in Wilmette, IL and was a resident of Winnetka, IL for more than 50 years immediately preceding her deth. She was a graduate of New Trier Township High School and Stephens College. Marilyn adored all forms of wildlife and for many years was a member/volunteer at the Chicago Botanic Garden in Glencoe, IL. A Memorial Service will be held for Marilyn at Christ Church, 784 Sheridan Road, Winnetka, IL on Thursday, July 7, 2005. Followed by a private interment ceremony. The family wishes to express its profound thanks to the Palliative Care Center & Hospice of the North Shore and requests that memorials be sent to it in lieu of flowers.
