I just learned of Marks death. His parents and my grandparents, Adrian and Dotty Alba, who lived at 621 Rosa were friends. Between their friendship and myself attending St Francis in 1984/5 is how I know Mark. I think the last time I saw him was over 25 years a go at a Metairie parade around Rosa and Vets.

Gonzales family:
I learned of Mark's passing earlier this week. It came as a shock. I knew Mark from the neighborhood and from St. Francis. I have some good memories of goofing around with him at CYO meetings. I haven't seen him much since I moved away from the neighborhood. But whenever I did run into him I always left laughing. He had a heart bigger than most. He would always help you out if he was able to. He will be missed. My prayers are with your family at this time. God bless.
