Mary Carlisle Obituary

DEC. 10, 1931 - AUG. 7, 2008
Mary Ellen Cooper Carlisle, 76, died Thursday at Wake Medical Center. A native of Nash County, she was the daughter of the late Lee and Mary Parham Cooper.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m., Saturday at Bryan-Lee Funeral Chapel, Garner. Burial will follow in Raleigh Memorial Park. Surviving are daughter, Debbie Carlisle Brantley and husband, Kevin of Zebulon; sons, Robert L. Carlisle of Asheboro, James C. Carlisle of Four Oaks, Phillip T. Carlisle II and wife, Tammy of Angier; sister, Mildred C. Liles of Cary; grandchildren, Beth Brantley Horner, Alex Carlisle, Cooper Carlisle and Nolan Carlisle; nephew, Pell D. Liles, III and niece, Diane L. Johnson.
She was preceded in death by husband, Phillip T. Carlisle and a brother, Lee Francis Cooper, Jr.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the funeral home.
