Mary Sinclair Obituary

Mary Elizabeth Baran Sinclair, age 74, of Hanford California died Sunday, September 25, 2005. Born in Black Lick, Indiana County, Pa. on March 4, 1931, she had lived most of her life in New Orleans, since 1957, raising a family. She enjoyed church, gardening, cooking various favorite family recipes and baking breads. She devoted her life to raising and caring for her children. She was very much loved and will be sorely missed. Survivors include: a daughter, Bonita Johnson; two sons: Gerald and Frederick Sinclair; nine grandchildren: Eric, Lori and Jeanette Crawford, Joseph, Sarah, Daniel, Michelle, Justin and Matthew Sinclair; one great-grandchild, Nathan Sinclair; a brother, Paul Baran of Homestead PA, a sister, Helen Labrel of N.Y.; and a niece, Nancy Bressler of Harwick PA. She was preceded in death by two sons: Terrence Sinclair and Timothy Sinclair; her parents: Joseph Mike and Mary Vosko Baran; three brothers: Mike and Thomas both killed in action in World War II, and Cyril ""Cy'' Baran; and two sisters: Frances Hebeisen and Anna Zak. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the Graveside Service at Metairie Cemetery, 5100 Pontchartrain Blvd. on Thursday, January 5, 2006 at 10:00 AM. Donations and gifts of remembrance to ""Give Kids the World'', 800-995-KIDS, preferred. LAKE LAWN METAIRIE FUNERAL HOME is in charge of arrangements.
