Michael David Pinner Sr.

Michael David Pinner, Sr., 64, of New Orleans, La., peacefully passed away on Wednesday, March 22, 2023 at a local hospital He was born February 28, 1959, and was a native of New Orleans, La. A 1977 graduate of Brother Martin High School he also attended the University of New Orleans. He was extremely skilled in his trade and enjoyed a lifelong career of home renovations. Mike treasured the time spent with family and friends, fishing, riding motorcycles and was the best at talking smack on the pool table. His greatest joy of all was live local music and attending Jazz Fest annually. He is preceded in death by his parents, Edward Killeen Pinner, Sr. and Althea Darmana Pinner and brother-in-law, Robert "Bobby" Taylor III. Mike was the loving father to his sons, Michael Pinner, Jr. and Stephen Nores and is also survived by his sister, Althea Pinner Taylor, brothers, Edward (Karen), Richard (Kathy), Tommy (Ariana), David (Stephanie) Ronald Pinner, along with a host of nieces, nephews and great nieces and nephews. Mike will be laid to rest with graveside services at St. Louis No. 3 Cemetery, New Orleans, La. with family members in attendance. Cremation was entrusted to Serenity Funeral Home of Covington, La.
