Oehl, 90, of Thornton,
CO. died Jan. 21, 2015, of
natural causes at the Collier
hospice in Wheat Ridge,
CO. She was born August
12, 1924 in Roaring Springs,
TX. Her memberships in
the community included:
Intercession Episcopal
Church, Yellow Ribbon
Suicide Prevention Program,
Adams County Santa
Claus Workshop, Thornton
Women's Club, Colorado
Dystonia Support Group of
Northglenn, and The Republican
Caucus. She was
preceded in death by her
parents Eula (Jones) and
Howard Woods, brother
Amel "Jack" Woods, and
sister-in-law Vida (Perry)
Woods; all of whom were
longtime residents of Roswell,
NM. She is survived
by her daughter Connie
(Oehl) Wright and son
Herman Oehl of CO, and
her son Michael Oehl of CA,
4 grandchildren, 2 greatgrandchildren
and many
loving nephews, cousins
and friends. A memorial
service will be conducted at
Horan and McConaty, 9998
Grant St., Thornton, CO on
March 7, 2015 at 7pm.
