Norman Richards

Norman "Uncle Bucket" Richards transitioned on Friday, July 14, 2017 at his residence. Son of the late Emma D. Richards and Norman Thompson. Beloved brother of Marva L. Brown, Marvin L. Richards, Lee Bienemy, Jr., Zina B. Williams(Troy), Dina B. Joseph (Gerald), Barbara J. Thompson, Gaynell Thompson and Norman Thompson; the late Earl (Joyce) Erwin, Audrey D. James and Ernest L. Jones. Also survived by a devoted niece, Aisha Brown, friend, Roland Tambrella, Jr., as well as a host of other loving relatives and friends. Relatives and friends; Pastor, Officers and members of First Baptist of Verrett, Bethlehem of Dalcour, LA and First Asia Baptist Churches , all other surrounding churches of St. Bernard and Plaquemines Parishes; Staff and employees of C.J.Robin Seafood, United States Postal Service, Holiday Inn (Causeway Blvd), Safety Kleen Co., OschnerHealth Center and V.A. Medical center are invited to attend the service. A funeral will be held at First Baptist Church, 3737 Bayou Road, Verrett, LA on Friday, July 21, 2017 at 11 AM, Rev.
