PATRICIA PARKER Obituary
Ellwood City
Patricia Helen Parker, 75, Ellwood City, passed away on Tuesday, December 31, 2019, at Curahealth located at Heritage Valley Health Systems Beaver.
Born in Teaneck, New Jersey, on December 4, 1944, Patricia was the daughter of the late Donald and Patricia Erbeck. She was married to the late Rev. Howard O. Parker, Jr. on June 20, 1965.
Patricia graduated from Paterson State Teacher's College and completed her graduate studies at Westfield State College in Massachusetts. Patricia was an Elementary School Teacher, Music Education Teacher and finally taught at Knox Nursery School at Knox United Presbyterian Church, where her husband was the Ordained Minister. She was very active in all the aspects of the church. She held various positions as an organist, choir director and Sunday school teacher.
Patricia is survived by her sons, Howard D. and Melissa Parker and Donald H. and Lauren Parker, all of Ellwood City and three grandchildren, Corporal Derrik Parker, USMC, Shane Parker and Emily Parker.
She was proceeded in death by her parents, sister and her loving husband.
Friends will be received at the JOSEPH A. TOMON JR. FUNERAL HOME & CREMATORY, 97 Grim Ave., Ellport, from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at noon, Monday, January 6, 2020.
