For the past fifty-eight years Paul has been a teammate, friend and an icon for all of us at St. Francis Prep. He shared his talents on our football, rugby and field events teams. He was a major contributor to the New York City 1966 undefeated championship football team that produced six All Conference college players, two college All-American Players and two NFL players.
Paul has been a beacon both for his high school and college buddies. He applied his intense work ethic with a generosity to community to create success in all his focused undertakings.
He carried with him the Franciscan compassion throughout his life demonstrated by his infectious smile, memorable handshake and welcoming manner.
We as members of the St. Francis Prep family express our condolences to his wife Katherine his daughters Kate, Molly and Megan. He was loved by many and will be missed by all.

As a classmate of Paul at Saint Francis Prep my lasting memory is and will be Paul's twinkling eyes and that ever present smile. He always seemed so calm even in a dire circumstance. We were not teammates nor close but I have very fond memories of that smile and outgoing personality. Wildflowers will be planted at Genesis Farm in Blairstown, NJ in Paul's honor. I extend my deepest condolences to Paul's family.

Absolutely devasted to hear the terrible news of Paul's death. He was a dear friend for more than fifty years. I first new him during his high school days at St. Francis Prep and later coached with him at our alma mater. An extraordinary MAN FOR ALL SEASONS. My thoughts and prayers are with Katherine, Kate, Molly, and Megan at this most difficult. May Paul's noble soul rest in the Peace of Christ. Bro. Owen J. Sadlier,OSF
