I lost touch with Pete over the years but I remember him from Salmen; he was always laughing and full of humor, pulling the occasional prank on a classmate. He was such a funny guy and I'm sorry to hear of his passing. My heart goes out to his family and all of his friends/coworkers who knew and loved him. Rest in peace, Pete.

Ms. Ellen, I wish I could say or do something to bring you comfort and peace, but there is not. What I remember about Peter was he had a good sense of humor. We had art class together and he was talented with drawing. He loved drawing designs for his car which he was so proud of. Moreover, he loved you. He knew you were his rock always there for him.
May memories of Pete bring you comfort, love and peace.

I want to express my deepest heartfelt sympathy for Pete's passing. Ms. Ellen, he absolutely adored you and your beauty. I can still remember the first time we met in high school. We sat next to each other in Art class, for 3 years. He could draw really well. We had plenty of good times as teens. We shared similar humor and laughter. We could just look at one another and know what each other was thinking and started cracking up. I can remember the concerts we went to, the TV shows we watched, such as MTV, his favorite was Barney Miller, WKRP, and In living color. He admired Lonnie Anderson and Paula Abdul and thought they were knockouts. We would go fishing and go to the racetrack in Mississippi in his prized possession, white Camaro. Our favorite past time was cruising on Gause Blvd while listening to rock n roll on the weekends. He introduced me to some great friends of his at the time, Jason and his family, Gary, and others. I remember the time I worked at the mall, and when I got off of work, I went outside and my car was decorated with balloons for my birthday. He was standing next to it with a big smile. I'll never forget that big smile, and I can still hear his voice. He also gave me the best gift anyone could ever have. I'll always cherish the good memories I had with him. RIP Pete.

Rest in peace Pete. Your lifelong friend misses you more than you can imagine. So many stories he has to tell of fishing, cruising in vehicles, parties, car racing and so much more. You were a very special part of his life, you're irreplaceable. Then there was the years of you hanging out with my brother Vince, again some of the same memories. Then there are the 4 years that I have known you. The moments your mom or Jason would step away briefly & we would chat about how great they are. How Jason was a true friend, your brother. How your mom Ellen was the best mom a son could ask for. How great of a teacher she was to so many. How beautiful she has always been. A deep sense of appreciation for others. That's how I will always remember you, laughing & reflecting on good memories. Til we meet again. RIP

I am heartbroken for the loss of a friend, a young man whom I had known since he was a small child. Peter was such a sweet outgoing caring person and anyone who knew him loved him. My heart aches for his mother, one of my closest and dearest friends. She adored him and he adored her. My faith assures me that he is at rest now and we will all be reunited someday. Thoughts and prayers for his family. I love you all.

The most beautiful baby grew up a happy, funny boy and young man, but the incredible man he became made me proud every day. He loved life, his family and friends and his Lord. His Uncle Danny and I were privileged to share his life. He was like a son to us and a brother to Lisa. He is with Mamaw, Papaw and Uncle Danny and is at peace in the presence of Jesus. Praise God we will all be together again in our unbroken circle. My life was blessed by having Peter as my nephew. He touched us and we were better for the experience. Love to my sister and his loving mother, Ellen, who he adored. Forever in my heart and head.
