I had the honor of spending five years with the Foleys during my dating period with their son Bryan. Mr.Phil & Miss Marilyn made me feel like such a part of their family. Sadly, I recently missed the opportunity to visit with them. But I will always remember Mr. Phil's gentle kindness & loving nature. My deepest sympathy & love

I have fond memories of Uncle Foo and Aunt Nonnie at Miss Elaine's home for her annual summer bar-b-que before Katrina and afterwards at Greg's house. Philip had a very pleasant personality and was a fun-loving person. He will be missed. He will be remembered in our hearts and memories as well. I am glad that I got to know him over the years and find comfort in the fact that his ordeal has ended.
