Ivy, Uncle Rudy was lilke a big brother to me growing-up. I will miss him but will never forget all the good times we spent together and all the guidance he provided to me growing-up. God Bless you, Rosalie, Rene, Roberto and Maria.

I am so sad to hear about Rudy. I am a childhood friend of Rudy since we were toddlers. I was his neighbor that lived directly behind the house on Mehle and considered him one of my best friends. My heart goes out to his family. I regret not keeping in touch with him so I could get to know you. May the memories you have built together keep you smiling in his absence. You are all in my prayers.

I am sad to hear of the loss of Rudy. I knew him from the neighborhood and was happy to run into him at a Tulane baseball game with his young children. May he rest in peace and may God bless all his loved ones.

My dearest Ivy,

I'm so sorry for your loss. You & your dad had a great relationship and he adored you dearly. The service you and your Uncle Ruben put together was most wonderful. Your dad will always be looking upon you and your love for him will be there forever as well. He was a good father. My deepest regrets to his family. He will be missed. Love you, Mom XXOO

I remember Uncle Rudy as being a very kind hearted, generous soul who would give you the shirt off your back if need be. As a child, I spent a lot of time with him, Aunt Rosie, & Ivy. He could always make me laugh. When I got pregnant for my first child, he offered to print me a book using my child's name in the story. Sadly, I never received it and that was the last time I can recall visiting him. Now, I regret not keeping in touch with him, as one always feels when a loved one passes. I know now he is in a better place than all of us still here on Earth. A place we will see him AGAIN one day in the future. As for now, my prayers and thoughts go out to his grieving family and to him; the man I will always remember as a sweet, beautiful human being. Once again, my family and I send our condolences and if there is anything anyone needs, please feel free to email me. GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU.
