Robert Deas Obituary

DEAS Robert E. Deas, Jr. on Friday, February 25, 2005. Beloved husband of Carol Sattler Deas. Father of Conrad E. Deas, Christopher M. Deas of Houston TX, Susan Deas Thibodeaux, and Patricia L. Deas. Son of the late Catherine Mulligan and Robert Deas. Brother of Doris D. Mc Reynolds of Baton Rouge, LA and Donald E. Deas of Boca Raton, FL. Grandfather of Benjamin Thibodeaux and Cole Smith. Also survived by many nieces and nephews. Aged 73 years, a native of New Orleans and a resident of Destrehan for the past 16 years. He will be sadly missed by all who knew him for his wonderful sense of humor, practical jokes and the amazing ability to put a smile on everyone's face. He was a passionate lover of animals, especially his two puppies who will also miss him. Relatives and friends of the family are invited to attend the funeral. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church, 13396 River Rd., Destrehan LA, on Monday, February 28, 2005 at 12:30 p.m. Interment in Garden of Memories Cemetery. Visitation at church from 9:30 a.m. until time of service. In lieu of flowers, Masses or donations to the St. Charles Humane Society, 13875 Frere St. Luling, LA 70070, preferred. Arrangements by L.A. Muhleisen & Son.
