John,
I am saddened with the news of Roger's passing. I've only seen him twice since out tennis and basketball days at St Pius X. He was a warm and very focused young man at that early age. I pray for you and your family as well as Roger's family. I am proud to have been a childhood friend of Roger.

Danielle, I hope you remember me. I was Roger's secretary at Dock Express. I want you to know that my memories of Roger are that of a very kind man. I remember how patient he tried to be with me when I "messed up". He was never harsh or rude. I recall him being such a focused individual and hard at work. It saddens me that I never knew him beyond Dock Express. I can only appreciate the person he became based on what others have said about him.
I remember when he met you, he was crazy about you.
Well, take care Danielle.

Dear John,
I remember Roger from our St. Pius days with fondness. I saw him once again in my lifetime in Greesnboro circa 1980. His accomplishments sound impressive and I extend my gentle thoughts to all his family. Good memories keep him with us always.

I'm so sorry to hear of Roger's death. I knew him many years ago as a classmate at St. Pius X Elementary school and last saw him in the 70's. My memories of him are that he was smart, kind and just about the best looking 12 year old guy in the school. I know he will be terribly missed by all.
