Ronald Dupuy Obituary

Ronald R. Dupuy, Jr., 54, passed away peacefully on Wednesday, September 8, 2021 in Mobile, AL with his loving wife by his side. Ron was born in New Orleans, LA on October 24, 1966 to Ronald and Eugenie (Cook) Dupuy. He grew up in Metairie, LA, attending DeLaSalle High School, Delgado Junior College in New Orleans, and Southeastern University in Hammond, LA. Ron has been a resident of Mobile, AL since 2005 where he was employed at Southeastern Freight Lines and Lowe's. Ron was an avid Saints fan. He was an amazing man who loved life and loved coming home to his family. He is predeceased by his grandparents Eugene and Clare Cook and Uriel and Agnes Durr. He leaves behind his parents, his wife, Tammy Ford, one daughter, Brooke Dupuy, three stepsons, Brandon Stimpson, Austin and Devin Ford, and siblings, Michael (Aimee) Dupuy and Dawn (Matt) Cook, and nieces Kayla and Emma Cook. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, numerous cousins, and a loyal canine companion, Moose. A memorial service and celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 25, beginning at 9 a.m., with rosary at 9:30, and Mass of Christian Burial at 10 a.m. at Little Flower Catholic Church, 2053 Government St, Mobile, AL 36606. All visitors are asked to wear masks and to adhere to social distancing.
