WINSEY Roosevelt S. Winsey - On Tuesday, September 3, 2013 answered the call to go to his heavenly home. He was the oldest son of Mary V White, the brother of Shirley Hullen, Henry, Thaddeus, James White. The loving father of Terry Winsey-Hall, Juan S. Winsey (Annette), Shanel M. Winsey (Glenn) and Darrin C. Winsey (Nicole). Grandfather of seven grandchildren - Maurice L. Winsey (Angie), Allen M. Winsey (Geraldine), Jonathan S. Winsey, Aryanna Richardson, Nonya Grove, Darrin C Winsey, Jr. and Gabrielle Winsey. Great Grandfather of seven great grandchildren - Terrence Grove, Na'Jeh Fortune, Nylan Grove, Nevaeha Alcine, Anjelica Winsey, Harmony Winsey and Aaliyah M. Winsey. Also survived by a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. He was preceded in death by his wife of 25 years, Doris Margaret Winsey, his father Samuel G. Winsey, father-in-law William Tunney, Brother-in-law Robert Hullen, Sister-in-law Patricia White, Aunt and Uncle Martha and Robert Adams.
