Rose Mae Adams Washington, age 89, departed this life on Thursday, October 18th, 2018. Mourning her passing, but cherishing her memories are her son, Leslie Washington, Sr., 11 grandchildren, 3 granddaughters; Megan, Shaniya, Serenity, 8 grandsons; Leslie, Jr., Joshua, Nickolas, Josiah, Lejardon, Destin, Zion, Graceson, and 3 Greatgrandchildren, 3 Sisters; Josephine Seaton, Ollie Mae Scott, and Barbara Nell Bridges, 2 Brothers; Esper Williams and Jerry Lee Jackson (Nellie), a host of nieces and nephews and two devoted friends, Brenda Roussell and Regina Johnson. She was preceded in death by her parents, Louis and Priscilla Adams, 1 Brother; Louis Adams, Jr., and 1 Sister; Earnestine Adams. Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, October 26, 2018 at New Home Family Worship Center, 1616 Robert C. Blakes, Sr., Dr., visitation @ 10:00 am, Service @ 11:00 am, Burial at Mt. Olivet. Executive Pastor, Lois R. Blakes, Officiating. Professional Arrangements entrusted to Majestic Mortuary (504) 523-5872.
