It's me again mama Karen. I know you barley remember any of us at times. I have watch you drift away from us all everyday last week until the bitter end you really have fought the entire time until you couldn't fight anymore than we all new it was time to say goodbye to you. As the oldest Granddaughter, I can remember the words and phrases you used the most, "Naturally" was one word she used alot, "Well I'll Be" and my favorite was "if the Lord says the same". I know you are at peace now but you will be missed, keep an eye out on use down here will you?

I am the granddaughter of Lillie Mae Hernandez, my Great Aunt is Shirley Melancon. I have very fond memories of both Aunt Mae Mae and Uncle Boo. I remember how they used to come ride by our houses all the time when I was young. Please accept my sincerest condolences on the passing of your sweet mother. Maw Maw it's hard to see your picture in here and knowing you are gone. You was the one person I never thought of ever leaving. You was such a great and loving grandma. Not many woman earn that title but you earned it over and over, you was and will always be loved and miss and thought about through each and everyone of your grandchildren lives.We are all so blessed and lucky to have you as our grandma. I love you and always will remember what you mean to me and how i was just blessed to be one of your grand daughters. I am so sorry I have not been there in your life and I didnt come to say good bye but that was not by my choice, but I will never say good bye to you. because I will someday see you and Paw Paw again. Hi mama you are now resting in peace with daddy just as you ask to be. You will be miss by all of your children grand children great grand children. We know you will always be looking down on us everyday and wanting us to move ahead each day we wake up.
