Roshanda Lynn 'RoRo' Noil departed this life surrounded by family on Tuesday July 23, 2024, in Houston, Texas. Devoted mother of A'mya, Aaliyah, Armond and A'Myron Noil. Beloved daughter of Mercedes Gary Noil and the late Rene Ross. Sister of Angela, Michael and Irvin Noil, Suzette R. Williams, and Bruce Ross. Granddaughter of the late Oscar, Sr., and Florence Gary, William, Sr., and Rebecca Ross. Also survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends, Age 44. A native of Algiers (Cut-Off), LA and a resident of Houston, TX. Relatives and friends of the family also Pastors, Officers, and Members of Second Baptist Church, Second Nazarine Baptist Church, Asbury U. Methodist Church and all neighboring churches and Members of L.B. Landry Class of 1997 are invited to attend the Funeral Service on Saturday August 3, 2024 at 10am at Fisher Community Church 1737 L.B. Landry Avenue, Algiers, LA 70131. Rev.
