My thoughts and prayers are with your family. I was so shocked and sad when I heard the news. I truly enjoyed the conversations we had after work when we both worked for the state. You had an amazing attitude regardless of what you were going through. I know that your family will miss you, but I pray they find some comfort in the memories they have of you. RIP Shawnna.

You have been my best friend and my sister from the day we met! You are a daily part of my life and I have no clue what I am going to do without you. I didn't know when I hung up the phone the day you left us that it would be our last laugh and conversation and our last "I love you"! It hurts so bad and I am so sad, angry, moody and just a ball of emotion! I will miss you dearly. This is not goodbye...it is "until we meet again!" I love you! Kiss our moms for me and Jane too!

Auntie Shawnna I miss you more than words can say. I regret that I never got around to calling you to talk about what I was going through but in all honesty hated to burden you with my problems; I know you had your own even though you would never complain. One things for sure I know you would've given me the best advice and a few laughs to go along with it. I'll definitely miss that. You were more than an aunt, you were my 1st sister. I experienced many of my 1st with you and your friends. You're gone but never forgotten. Thanks for being a wonderful aunt, big sis, and great friend. You will always live in my heart until we meet again. I love you always and forever.
Your oldest niece and great niece,
Keisha and Raeya
