THOMAS Rosie Marie Thomas, on Saturday October 4, 2008 Rosie Marie Darby Thomas entered God's Heavenly Kingdom. Born on April 10, 1932 to Mr. George and Myrtle Darby. She leaves to mourn her husband Mr. Howard Thomas Sr. She is the mother of Mona Lisa Smith, Sylvia Felder-Johnson, Alexander III, Shelton and Kelvin Smith. She has 33 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren. Family, friends, neighbors and members of New Birth Baptist Church, Rose Dale Baptist Church and Mt. Olive Baptist Church are invited to attend the funeral service on Saturday October 11, 2008. Visitation 9 A.M., Service 10 A.M. at Greater Carver Baptist Church, 3343 Metropolitan Street, N.O. La. D.W. Rhodes Funeral Home in Charge of arrangements, 1728 N. Claiborne Ave. N.O. La.
