KELLY Rufus Kelly, a laborer, died Wednesday, February 15, 2006 at 4:30 a.m. in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Son of Minister Bernice Kelly and the late Albert Kelly, Sr. Father of Rufus Lampton and Joy Reynolds. Companion Lanette Cartier. Brother of Albert Jr., Darrell, Burnell, Donald, Lee, Mary, Ruby Mae and Delisa Kelly, Joy Davis, Joyce Ann Cramdle, the late Terry Madison and Judy Causey. Grandfather of Raiyelle and Rufus Lampton Jr., Karl and Janay Reynolds. Devoted friend, Debbie Johnson. Survived by a host of relatives and friends. Relatives and friends of the family; employees of Parks and Parkway, Luzianne, Sewerage and Waterboard and The Times-Picayune L.L.C. are invited to attend Funeral Services on Saturday, February 25, 2006 at 11:00 a.m. at Dennis Mortuary, 1812 Louisiana Ave., N.O., LA 70115.
